Leads process excellence consulting and business transformation initiatives within customer service operations. Identifies and mentors Six Sigma and Lean projects, conducts value stream and process mapping, ensures ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 compliance, and drives continuous improvement. Coordinates with customers and SAM tool providers, prepares license compliance reports for major software vendors, interprets licensing terms, and analyzes IT environments, infrastructure, and business processes. Requires extensive IT Asset Management and SAM experience, strong software licensing knowledge, and familiarity with discovery, CMDB, server, directory, virtualization, and operating system technologies.
