Performs DFM/DFA reviews, CAD modeling, GD&T analysis, metrology inspections, supplier coordination, tooling fabrication support, documentation, inspections, repairs, and engineering changes. Supports procurement, cost estimation, quality control, project timelines, and manufacturing processes including machining, welding, composites, molding, and assembly.

Design and develop moulds, templates, and aerospace composite tooling for eVTOL airframe prototypes. Perform DFM/DFA reviews, support assembly integration, coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams, and manage tooling fabrication, inspections, repairs, and engineering changes. Use CATIA V6 and Enovia PLM for CAD modeling, drafting, and documentation. Support procurement, cost estimation, quality control, metrology, manufacturing-process decisions, and project timelines.

Own verification and validation testing for high-voltage eVTOL battery systems. Develop DVPs, test procedures, and test cases; operate battery cyclers and thermal chambers; execute aerospace qualification and abuse testing; validate BMS functions through hardware-in-the-loop testing; analyze test data; and enforce high-voltage safety and thermal-runaway mitigation procedures.

Leads advanced structural stress analyses for metallic and composite aerospace structures, including static, dynamic, fatigue, joint, and damage tolerance evaluations. Validates finite element models through classical calculations, prepares and approves certification reports, and ensures FAA and EASA compliance. Provides technical leadership and mentorship, supports manufacturing and MRB activities, reviews drawings, selects materials, develops testing plans, and analyzes physical test data.

Leads manufacturing and tooling engineering for eVTOL airframe prototypes, including process development, tooling design, assembly integration, process optimization, troubleshooting, facility planning, and supplier collaboration. Manages technical reviews, configuration, budgets, and timelines while ensuring aerospace compliance. Applies expertise in composites, aircraft assembly, bonding, fastening, sheet metal, CNC machining, GD&T, CAD, PLM, quality systems, metrology, and DFM/DFA.

Manage aircraft configuration in as-built condition for eVTOL prototype manufacturing and assembly. Maintain configuration control, engineering change documentation, BOMs, product structures, and aircraft build data. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve discrepancies, conduct audits, automate change processes, and improve efficiency. Support project management, KPI tracking, cost and time analysis, quality control, metrology, GD&T, and lean improvement activities.

Develop and manage manufacturing bills of materials, supplier manufacturing plans, tooling requirements, and configuration data for metallic eVTOL airframe parts. Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to flow down design requirements, conduct technical reviews and audits, resolve manufacturing issues, and support NPI, assembly integration, cost analysis, quality, lean, and continuous improvement initiatives.
