Provide L1/L2 desktop support for front, middle, and back-office users both onsite and remotely. Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 hardware, software, profiles, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 apps. Manage identities and devices via Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, support telephony and A/V equipment, use IT ticketing, and perform daily system checks.

Monitor and review employee electronic communications to detect policy or regulatory breaches, investigate and escalate findings, optimize surveillance tools and lexicons, support audits and regulatory exams, and assist with training and compliance awareness.

Ensure stability of trading platforms by monitoring and resolving platform failures and trade disruptions, communicating with clients, troubleshooting logs and FIX issues, managing scheduled jobs (Autosys/Cron), configuring alerting, performing upgrades and health checks, automating processes, collaborating with development, and adhering to ITSM incident/problem/change processes.

Provide high-level administrative and project coordination support to the CHRO: manage calendar and travel, draft and prioritize correspondence, prepare presentations and meeting materials, track projects and documentation, create basic Excel dashboards, and identify process improvements using AI and automation.

Provide first-line, client-facing support for BGC/GFI trading platforms supporting brokers and traders. Triage and resolve incidents, escalate to specialist teams, support client onboarding and visits, document procedures in Confluence, and identify service improvements across FX and Rates trading workflows while maintaining clear communication and SLAs.

Lead oversight of third-party fund administrators and transfer agents for commodities funds, validating NAVs, valuations, and financial reporting; ensure regulatory compliance (’40 Act), manage audits, service provider due diligence, and governance materials; support new fund launches, operational improvements, and cross-functional coordination with Compliance, Legal, Product, and Finance.

Maintain and validate AML documentation, oversee AML policy implementation, monitor PEP/sanctions/adverse media screening, manage AML expiries, remediate accounts, support Client Onboarding/Services, respond to AML/KYC inquiries, report on KPIs, and improve operational AML processes.
