Leads complex, high-value key accounts across KONE Americas, driving retention, growth, contract performance, asset planning, and customer satisfaction. Presents account strategies and performance to executives, analyzes financial and market metrics, coaches account teams, and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders. The role directly manages strategic accounts while providing player-coach leadership, standardizing account management practices, and developing team capabilities.

Manage strategic client relationships across Belgium and Luxembourg while supporting regional sales teams. Prioritize requirements, guide delivery from discovery through adoption, oversee performance, integrations, releases, support, security, compliance, technical debt, simulation data, licenses, and vendor services. Coordinate engineering, simulation, IT, architecture, vendors, and business stakeholders while improving user feedback, training, communication, and platform adoption.

One-year early-career engineering program providing graduates with hands-on experience on real sites, structured training in elevator and escalator technology, mentorship from KONE professionals, and opportunities to develop technical and leadership skills. The program targets graduates in Mechanical, Power, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering with up to two years of experience, curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn.

Provides technical product expertise for elevator, escalator, and autowalk solutions. Coordinates engineering, costing, specifications, lead times, installation, maintainability, and compliance for standard and non-standard projects. Supports sales, field operations, supply chain, project management, installation, and maintenance teams. Creates layouts, performs energy calculations and traffic analyses, conducts technical site surveys, manages product requirements, supports ordering and documentation, and delivers technical training.

Build and maintain cloud-native digital services for elevator technicians, including scalable web applications, backend services, RESTful APIs, and enterprise integrations. Contribute to secure, reliable cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, containerized production workloads, and responsive user experiences. Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and platform teams to deliver connected-service solutions.

Lead development and execution of pricing frameworks and costing models. Build data-driven pricing intelligence and BI tools, monitor performance, validate pricing strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and present recommendations to senior leadership to maximize revenue and margins.

Qualify leads through outbound calls, engage customer representatives, maintain accurate customer relationship data in Salesforce, manage the central sales inbox, and provide administrative support to sales teams. The role focuses on improving sales efficiency and developing successful candidates toward broader end-to-end sales careers.

Partner with global and matrix-function leaders across multiple countries on people strategy and initiatives. Advise and coach leaders and teams, lead organizational design, workforce planning, development projects, and change initiatives, and manage core processes including performance, talent, and rewards. The role uses people data to support decisions, strengthens cross-functional collaboration, and builds global-local employee networks. Occasional travel with leadership teams is required.

Manage a local Boston/South Shore customer portfolio, proactively build and maintain customer relationships, identify and sell complex building solutions, use CRM and internal resources to meet sales targets, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support customer growth and account management.
