We are looking for a
Business Partner, People & Communications (P&C)
to strengthen our Global People & Communications Business Partner team.
Our team supports the eight global / matrix functions at KONE (Commercial & Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Finance, Legal, Strategy & Transformation, People & Communication, Technology & Innovation).
You will partner with selected leaders and leadership teams, employees and local People & Communications colleagues across multiple countries, driving key people initiatives in a complex, fast-evolving matrix environment.
The preferred location for the position is Finland Espoo/ Hyvinkää or Italy Pero.
What you’ll do
Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, coaching and developing teams
Lead and support global development projects and change initiatives, including org.design and workforce planning
Run core people processes for selected units (performance, talent, rewards)
Drive data-informed decision-making and cross-functional collaboration in the matrix
Travel occasionally together with the leadership team, meet the employees and build networks between local and global
What you bring
Relevant degree (BSc/MSc) in HR, Business, or equivalent
Experience in a P&C Business Partner / Generalist / CoE role
Strong project and change management skills, and a developmental mindset
Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity
Excellent communication and influencing skills
Experience in matrix organizations
Fluency in English
Experience in talent mobility / cross-border relocations / seaside employment is a plus
