Develop and lead targeted B2B marketing programs for Staples’ third-party logistics business. Responsibilities include creating multi-channel campaigns, aligning with Sales and Marketing, developing audience-specific messaging and content, managing sales enablement assets, coordinating cross-functional execution, defining KPIs, analyzing pipeline performance, and improving programs through testing and measurement. The role also leads projects across a matrixed organization and provides guidance to junior contributors.

Perform high-activity outbound and inbound sales to generate new business across education and commercial segments. Own Quill’s paid search program across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, including strategy, execution, optimization, budgeting, testing, and performance reporting. Manage external SEM agency resources, analyze campaign and customer data, diagnose performance issues, and coordinate corrective actions. Partner with analytics and cross-functional teams to improve acquisition, order growth, profitability, lifetime value, and customer outcomes.

Acquires new business accounts across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho through outbound prospecting, consultative selling, presentations, negotiations, and sales funnel management. The representative develops territory strategies, collaborates with sales and support teams, closes opportunities, onboards new accounts, drives program compliance, and grows customer relationships. The role requires face-to-face client travel, remote engagement, CRM documentation, and achievement of daily activity and sales metrics.

Lead the B2B digital product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Staples’ ecommerce platforms. Manage Product Managers and delivery teams, partner with business, sales, marketing, merchandising, UX, and technology stakeholders, and oversee new site capabilities. Define priorities, assess market opportunities, monitor customer and operational metrics, manage executive communications, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time and budget. The role requires B2B ecommerce product leadership, Agile and Scrum expertise, cloud and open-source technology familiarity, SQL proficiency, and 10% travel within Canada and the United States.

Supports sales compensation plan administration, reporting, data analysis, commission and bonus inquiries, quota rollups, forecasting, leaderboards, sales contests, and SPIFFs. The role analyzes plan effectiveness, recommends process improvements, manages sales data, and streamlines workflows through automation and advanced Excel use. Requires collaboration with Finance and sales teams in a hybrid office environment with four onsite days per week in Richmond Hill.
