Review and audit accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy and SOX/internal controls compliance. The role serves program needs through accurate, detailed information processing, customer service, cross-functional communication, and effective organization. Experience with technical service quotations, purchase orders, invoices, SAP or equivalent ERP systems, and laboratory environments is advantageous. Business-level Japanese and conversational English are required or preferred as specified.

Provides remote technical support to Field Service Engineers, Agilent Service Providers, and Remote Support Engineers for BioTek Cell Analysis products. Manages escalations, coordinates resolution teams, documents support knowledge, and publishes internal knowledge-base content. May conduct technical training, provide product feedback, and visit customer sites. Requires strong communication, situational leadership, customer focus, and the ability to work in an interrupt-driven environment.

Supports G&A functions including HR, Legal, Technology, and Strategic Corporate Development through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, budgeting, long-range planning, and month-end close. Provides decision support, portfolio management, variance analysis, financial modeling, compliance oversight, and process improvement. Maintains GAAP and internal control compliance while producing actionable management reports and collaborating across functions.
