職務の主な目的（Primary Function）
Supplier Adminは、アジレントのラボエンタープライズソリューションをお客様へ提供するうえで重要な役割を担うポジションです。
EPC（エンタープライズプログラムコーディネーター）と協力し、発注・支払業務等の主担当として、お客様のあらゆるプログラムのニーズに対応します。
主な職務内容
お客様の主窓口となるEPC（エンタープライズプログラムコーディネーター）と連携し、取引先の管理、見積取得、発注・支払業務を担当し、サプライヤーとの取引を円滑に進めることが主業務となります。

-類似の環境での実務経験が 1〜2 年以上（上位レベル職務の場合）
-GxP もしくはコンプライアンス環境 に関する基礎知識があれば尚可

- Bachelor’s degree
- One to two years of experience in a similar environment, for higher-level duties
- Business-level Japanese proficiency
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of GxP or compliance environments
- Experience understanding and processing technical service quotations, purchase orders, and invoices
- Experience accurately processing large volumes of detailed information
