Processes weekly payroll for approximately 100 employees, including hours, overtime, deductions, bonuses, paychecks, employee questions, and workers’ compensation payments. Prepares and updates client invoices, follows up on accounts receivable, maintains client accounts-payable relationships, and resolves billing questions. Requires accounting and payroll knowledge, regulatory familiarity, software proficiency, confidentiality, organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Lead electrical engineering projects from conception through completion: develop designs and specifications, review systems for code compliance, coordinate with teams and external partners, manage budgets and schedules, mentor junior engineers, perform quality control, and participate in design reviews.

Provide administrative support for projects: coordinate activities, maintain files, prepare/distribute documents, schedule meetings, monitor timelines, communicate with stakeholders, and assist project managers with clerical tasks.

Support project managers by coordinating activities, tracking progress, maintaining documentation and budgets, scheduling meetings and travel, performing research, and assisting with risk management to help deliver projects on time.

Manage engineering operations and projects including budgeting, scheduling, staff direction, permitting, and client/agency coordination. Oversee civil design and construction documentation for land development and public works, perform design calculations, review drawings, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Prepare and stamp improvement plans, lead design reviews, and coordinate with survey, CAD, and technical staff.

Perform outside sales by visiting Bay Area construction sites and apartment buildings, introduce company services, set meetings for senior reps, build relationships with superintendents and project teams, drive meetings/contacts/proposals, attend trade shows and networking events, and meet sales metrics. Compensation includes base plus commission and benefits.

Manage and optimize water supply and treatment system operations, perform hydraulic modeling and forecasts, prepare technical reports and memos, oversee equipment selection and system modifications, lead water loss audits and leak detection, coordinate with superintendents and third-party providers, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage subcontractor and owner pay applications, track lien waivers and prevailing wage documents, review monthly job costs, assist with AR aging, project audits, and collection of lien releases and backup documentation.

Manage end-to-end payroll operations including biweekly high-volume payroll processing, tax deposits and reporting, payroll GL interface and reconciliations, payroll adjustments and journal entries, employee timekeeping support, payroll training, and year-end/budget/audit assistance while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Design electrical schematics and panels, program and debug PLCs/HMIs, develop BOMs and test plans, commission machinery onsite, troubleshoot service issues, and train customers and team members.
