Partner with North American Sales to analyze customer and product profitability, manage trade spend (accruals, analysis, reporting), produce margin and volume-price-mix analyses, support decision-making with timely financial reporting, enhance systems/processes, and act as a financial business partner to Sales and cross-functional teams.

Support global transfer pricing compliance and intercompany policies: prepare and file Country-by-Country, Master and Local Files, use automation tools for calculations and documentation, assist with audits, competent authority requests, APAs, external audit support, benchmarking, ad hoc transfer pricing analyses, and general tax planning and compliance projects.

Lead data quality and governance initiatives: define frameworks, perform profiling/validation/cleansing, manage metadata/catalog/lineage, implement governance tools, monitor KPIs, coordinate remediation, and train stakeholders to ensure trusted, compliant enterprise data.

Lead global finished-goods network strategy for Global Snacking, defining make-vs-buy decisions, footprint optimization, and product-to-plant flows. Build a new team, run network modeling and scenario planning, embed regulatory and trade compliance, and align regional stakeholders to deliver cost-effective, resilient supply chain solutions.

Supports supply chain finance across distribution, logistics, and inventory for two regions. Responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, budget and forecast tracking, variance reporting, inventory health and provisions reporting, dashboard maintenance, and data integrity checks across SAP, TMS, WMS, and reporting systems. The role also supports tenders, contract renewals, savings tracking, automation, and business partnering development.
