As a Customer Relations Representative at IDEXX, you will support veterinary customers through effective communication, resolving inquiries, and building strong relationships. Provide proactive outreach and promptly resolve Reference Lab customer concerns and testing issues. Collaborate across IDEXX teams to research problems, maintain strong internal and external relationships, support quality management and compliance, and participate in team development and knowledge sharing. Communicate clearly and empathetically, use Microsoft Office and other systems, ensure data accuracy, and meet physical job requirements including extended computer/phone use and occasional lifting.

Senior SRE responsible for designing and modernizing CI/CD and deployment systems, automating AWS Serverless infrastructure, improving observability and incident response, enforcing release and security practices, and guiding engineering teams to scale resilient global services.

Manage and develop an engineering team, driving results through agile methodologies, while remaining hands-on contributing to design and code reviews. Collaborate with product owners to align technical solutions with business outcomes and foster a culture of inclusion and innovation.
