The Senior Procurement Officer is responsible for managing the sourcing and purchasing process, vendor management, inventory control, quality assurance, and financial optimization.

Support product design and innovation by researching trends, compiling inspiration boards, sketching concepts and renderings, sourcing materials, assisting with samples and prototypes, and implementing design amendments under designers' direction. Lead paid acquisition and growth efforts across Meta, Google, Twitter, and TikTok. Manage day-to-day ad operations, tracking implementation, KPI monitoring, segmentation, A/B testing, market research, and cross-team growth initiatives to maximize ROAS and drive engagement.

Responsible for designing and developing eCommerce digital commerce systems, enhancing customer-facing solutions, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality digital products.

Manage inventory month-end closing, invoice booking, COGS and gross margin analysis for Taiwan. Reconcile purchase invoices and import declarations, support ERP billing/receiving/shipping integration, coordinate audits, and assist global teams on inventory optimization projects.

Manage production site operations to achieve business objectives, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in production processes, and supporting staff development.

Assist with digital project management for e-commerce, ensuring website updates and launches are handled efficiently while coordinating with various teams. Responsibilities include content management, quality checks, and adherence to launch guidelines.
