Purpose of Position

- The roles will be stationed in overseas production sites and be responsible for managing the production site, maximizing production output & efficiency as well as taking part in improvement projects.
Job Description
- Organize and supervise the site operations to achieve company’s business objectives.
- Monitor processes of production (printing), assembly, picking and packing. Ensure operational efficiency.
- Solve or report any practical and order problems in production.
- Monitor performance of the outsourced service provider.
- Implement the SOPs and make suggestions when necessary.
- Perform staff training, team supporting and coaching.
- As a first point of contact for logistics issue.
- As a contact point between HK logistics team and CN logistics service providers.
Requirement
- Tertiary Education/Bachelor Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or other related discipline.
- 5+ years of working experience in production management/operations management.
- Team working.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills, good communication skill, fast-paced learner.
