Build standardized global processes, automate manual work using AI and workflow tools, partner across HR and business functions, and lead an HR Operations team while driving continuous improvement and strong employee and manager experiences.

Develop and maintain production schedules and material plans for a work center or product family. Analyze capacity, supply and demand, WIP, inventory, and MRP requirements to create achievable factory schedules. Collaborate with production supervisors, buyers, and warehouse staff to resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages, prioritize factory work, and recommend solutions that improve workflow and on-time delivery.

Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning). Integrate Salesforce with external systems, ensure code quality via reviews and testing, troubleshoot issues, and stay current with Salesforce best practices.

Manage semiconductor technology development programs from planning through delivery.
