Support IT departmental budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting. Track and monitor IT spending, invoices, purchase orders, licensing and vendor agreements. Partner with IT staff and vendors, provide regular updates to IT leadership, and support the IT Technical Services team as needed.

Plan and optimize Day 0+1 flight schedules, ensuring compliant crew pairings and aircraft assignments. Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, Crew Dispatch and Flight Communications; respond to IROPS and AOG events; monitor crew legality and qualifications; optimise crew and aircraft utilisation; communicate schedule changes and maintain records; handle crew travel/accommodation when needed. Work a 4-on/4-off, 12-hour shift rotation covering days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Lead and manage Line Stores operations supporting aircraft maintenance and flight operations. Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, parts control, documentation, supplier relationships, FAA compliance, audits, and safety programs while collaborating with Maintenance, Flight Operations, Procurement, and Finance.

Manage Rolls-Royce engine maintenance programs: coordinate shop support, troubleshoot components, approve rental/bailment agreements, validate airworthiness, update CAMP, monitor ADs and service bulletins, and liaise with QA, MOCC, and other departments to improve fleet dispatch availability.

Control, store, and distribute aircraft parts ensuring compliance with Part-145 and airworthiness documentation. Manage goods receipt/dispatch, inventory accuracy, shelf-life control, quarantine non-compliant items, preserve parts per manufacturer/regulatory requirements, prepare shipments, and support audits and engineering to supply serviceable components.

Design and govern enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions (apps, automations, dashboards) using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse and Azure integrations; lead requirements workshops, produce architecture and governance documentation, oversee testing and CI/CD, mentor teams, and ensure security, performance, and lifecycle management.

Lead product strategy and execution for software solutions: gather user feedback, define user stories and acceptance criteria, drive agile sprint planning and delivery, prioritize the roadmap, collaborate with engineering and design, monitor product performance, and align stakeholders through regular updates.

Serve as the central communications hub between Crew, Operations, Scheduling, and Owner Services to maintain real-time operational awareness, coordinate crew travel and accommodations, manage IROPS, perform quality checks, interpret operational data, and produce daily operational reports to ensure smooth flight execution.

Provide contract and billing support to clients and internal teams, execute billing cycles, process invoices, manage collections, reconcile month-end activity, resolve client inquiries, support key accounts and new rollouts, and assist with training and system testing.

Design and govern enterprise Power Platform solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. Lead solution workshops, architect integrations with Azure, ensure security, data modeling and governance, oversee testing and CI/CD, and mentor development teams to align with enterprise architecture and delivery practices.
