Lead and supervise system administration teams supporting classified NIPR/SIPR/JWICS and Special Access infrastructures. Provide O&M for servers, VDI, virtualization, SQL, SAN, encrypted storage, PKI, printers, backups/restore, DFS-R replication, security patching, workstation imaging, and act as liaison to government leadership while producing weekly reports and travel plans.

Provide hands-on IT support for Navy systems: install, configure, and repair hardware/software, troubleshoot OS and network issues, support server maintenance and patching, document configurations, follow security protocols, deliver user support and basic training, and assist with asset management.

Lead and coordinate contract support across technical, engineering, acquisition, program management, security, logistics, financial, and administrative areas. Participate in architecture, migrations, testing, documentation, demos, and product design reviews while supporting stakeholders and training.

Provide records management and information assurance support: oversee records program, maintain office records lists, advise on disposition, ensure NARA/DoD/Army compliance, conduct surveys/inspections, develop and deliver training, and maintain audit readiness for RMIC/MICP testing.

Lead day-to-day management of contract and task order execution, serve as primary point of contact with COR/CO, oversee and develop contractor staff, produce technical and financial reports, ensure timely quality deliverables, and apply process improvement, change management, and strategic advisory to resolve complex problems and deliver solutions.

Serve as a Cyber SME supporting technical targeting: provide technical writing, development and integration support for cyber requirements, testing, programming, manpower, and execution. Manage projects, evaluate commercial cyber technologies, attend technical reviews/demos, and assist in developing requirements documentation (ICDs, CDDs, SPECAT, BOIPs, Test Plans, project folders).

Perform contract and funding oversight for assigned groups: prepare and validate funding documents, review purchase requests, track obligations and burn rates, manage contract modifications, analyze data and build reports/dashboards, support dispute briefings, coordinate with finance/contracting/program teams, and author SOPs to improve acquisition and funding processes.

Serve as the primary contract point of contact, oversee daily operations and instructor staff, ensure deliverables and government/safety compliance, provide status reports, and coordinate an alternate during absences. Part-time role, Monday–Friday daytime coverage required.

Manage on-site ITS/telecom operations at a DoD site: oversee project execution, staffing, security/clearance facilitation, quality control, maintenance, documentation, and coordination with government COR/KO. Produce reports, approve invoices, assign technician tasking, and ensure compliance with contract, safety, and IA requirements.
