Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for a flagship product: conduct user research, translate insights into product recommendations, run growth initiatives, create product content and launches, partner with product and engineering, and track performance to drive adoption and engagement.

Train in standard sales and marketing systems, manage and develop sales & marketing associates, and transition from entry-level tasks to branch and market management for client accounts. Extensive training provided with progression toward Marketing Director roles.

Greet and assist customers in-person, by phone, and email; process orders and quotes for building materials; manage multiple customer requests efficiently.

Perform daily cash, credit card, and third-party payment reconciliations; maintain bank and inventory reconciliations; generate weekly financial and sales reports; analyze the general ledger and post journal entries; prepare month-end close workpapers; file sales and commercial rent tax returns; support ad-hoc projects and collaborate with team members.

Lead and manage city-wide recreation programs and events, supervise staff, design community activities, oversee aquatics and facility operations, ensure certifications and compliance, and coordinate schedules and public engagement.

Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and HR processes. Administer HR systems, produce dashboards and executive reports, lead process improvements, support audits, integrations, payroll/benefits, and HR projects.

Sell new and used luxury vehicles through consultative selling, product demonstrations, and relationship-building. Develop product knowledge, overcome objections, generate referrals, and report to the Sales Manager. Work flexible hours including weekends, attend paid training, and strive to meet sales and customer service objectives within a commission-based pay plan.

Schedule service, measurement, and installation appointments; resolve customer issues; open and maintain customer accounts and system data; process payments, permits, and paperwork; coordinate with field staff and installation companies; assemble and organize job packets.

Designs, develops, and administers formal training using ISD/ADDIE methods and AIM II. Selects media, produces instructional materials, aligns training with learning objectives, and identifies training deficiencies. Supports Navy Construction Force operations and performs additional assigned duties.

Deliver and design training for bus and streetcar operators and staff, manage CDL/streetcar certification processes, administer LMS/HRIS training records and reporting, ensure DOT/CDL safety and compliance, evaluate course effectiveness, coordinate cross-departmental and vendor training activities, and support continuous improvement of transit training programs.
