Lead and build Aviva's communications and public affairs function: develop multi-year communications strategy, manage media and government relations, oversee branding, website redesign, internal communications, and produce fundraising and impact materials. Provide technical training, user support, and light project coordination for a data modernization program. Develop and validate training materials, deliver onboarding and demos, troubleshoot user issues, capture feedback, and coordinate with engineers and DevOps to ensure accurate, usable documentation and enablement for technical and non-technical users in a classified cloud/data environment.
