Source and engage passive healthcare candidates for federal contracts through digital campaigns and direct outreach. Build talent pipelines, pre-screen candidates, maintain ATS data, track performance metrics, and improve sourcing processes and employer branding.

Provide scheduling and administrative support: coordinate with owners, managers, technicians and clients; handle communications (phone, email, TEAMS), track and resolve requests, maintain electronic files, and support process improvements and one-time projects to improve customer experience.

Manage multiple client campaigns from kickoff to delivery, coordinating sales, creative, and marketing teams. Oversee timelines, budgets, documentation, resource allocation, and client communication while using PM tools to track progress and report project health to leadership.

Own a portfolio of US enterprise accounts end-to-end: onboarding, deployment, adoption measurement, value delivery, renewals, and expansion. Work alongside Sales on solution design, POCs, technical evaluations, and compliance reviews. Deliver quantified customer value, forecast renewals, and perform hands-on configuration and post-go-live work while engaging senior stakeholders.

Lead development and execution of scalable regional and select national B2B marketing programs to drive new business, retention, cross-sell, pipeline growth, and ROI. Partner with regional leadership and sales to localize national initiatives, establish frameworks for adoption, analyze campaign performance and KPIs, and align budgets and priorities across regions.

Partnering with the CFO, build and maintain core financial models, lead long-range planning, scenario and M&A analyses, produce monthly/quarterly reporting and dashboards, synthesize SQL and operational data into executive recommendations, and drive automation and process improvements to inform capital allocation and strategic decisions.
