Assists with estimating, quoting, billing, equipment ordering, and installation scheduling while maintaining accurate records and resolving issues.

Support day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, financial statement preparation and analysis, billing and payment resolution, inventory and fixed asset accounting, month/quarter/year-end close, and audit coordination while ensuring GAAP and cost accounting compliance.

Own complex software engineering engagements from planning and kickoff through production delivery and close. Translate client objectives into milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and execution plans; monitor project health; identify and mitigate risks; facilitate delivery ceremonies; support engineering teams; and communicate status, trade-offs, and changes to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role requires technical understanding of software development, distributed teams, evolving requirements, and client-facing delivery.

Builds relationships with healthcare providers, referral sources, patients, and families to promote hospice, home health, palliative care, and PACE services. Supports referrals and admissions, explains care options, coordinates transitions, participates in community outreach and educational events, and tracks referral activity. Develop and manage paid marketing campaigns for English and Spanish nonfiction book titles across consumer and trade audiences. Present plans to authors and agents, create copy and creative direction for digital, social, email, video, website, and media outreach, equip sales teams, manage budgets and projects, and use data insights to guide decisions. The role requires bilingual English-Spanish fluency, collaboration across departments, occasional travel, and alignment with Tyndale’s Christian mission.

Write feature-driven editorial content about consumer technology, including deep dives, industry analysis, opinion pieces, guides, roundups, and hardware coverage. Pitch original story ideas, produce clean articles quickly, upload and format drafts in the CMS, apply SEO and house-style guidelines, and collaborate with editors on assignments and content strategy. Coverage includes smartphones, tablets, laptops, Smart TVs, A/V equipment, physical media, apps, and entertainment setups.
