Semester-long paid internship at a creative public affairs agency. Interns support client and internal work, collaborate across teams, conduct research, contribute ideas, learn agency tools and workflows, manage tasks and deadlines, and complete a capstone project.

Ensure scalable, secure, maintainable solutions, follow development and transport standards, and participate in on-call production support.

Support design, implementation, and maintenance of fiber network infrastructure. Configure and troubleshoot Layer 1-3 networking (BGP, OSPF, IS-IS), assist with network automation (Python, Ansible), use GitHub, monitor performance, maintain security/compliance, and document configurations and procedures under senior engineer guidance.

Coordinate proposal development from RFP/RFQ release through submission. Manage schedules, version control, compliance matrices, and proposal documentation. Support content creation and editing, coordinate reviews and kickoff meetings, conduct research, maintain reusable content libraries, and assist post-submission activities. Ensure adherence to brand, DAM, and quality processes while collaborating with proposal managers, strategists, SMEs, and graphic designers to produce compliant, high-quality proposals.

Lead production of interactive maps and static graphics, perform advanced geographic and statistical analysis in SQL, manage and improve civic databases, train and supervise analysts, coordinate with IT and external partners, and develop design and QA standards.

Manage post-onboarding lifecycle for enterprise NORAM/LATAM accounts to drive adoption, retention, and expansion. Lead training, handle escalations, coordinate cross-functional resolutions, and deliver product feedback to improve customer outcomes and protect revenue.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for manufacturing, operational, and entry-to-mid-level professional roles. Source candidates, maintain ATS records and pipelines, coordinate interviews and onboarding, support recruiting marketing and events, track metrics, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

Manage and grow B2B sales by acquiring new customers, building client relationships, and closing deals. Execute sales plans, prospect via multiple channels, present demos, negotiate contracts, and maintain CRM records. Collaborate with marketing, sales engineering, and implementation teams, report forecasts and pipeline, and provide market feedback to product and marketing. Monthly travel to ADP offices and on-site lead generation required.
