Provide first-line support for West territory customers: respond to inbound tickets, troubleshoot hardware/software/operational issues per SOPs, manage loaner fleet and RMA workflows, document knowledge base, escalate complex issues to engineering/operations, capture customer feedback, and support CSMs to ensure SLA attainment and fast time-to-value.

Support planning and execution of integrated PR campaigns: draft and proofread press materials, research media contacts/trends, monitor coverage and compile recaps, assist event coordination, prepare client materials, contribute ideas, and provide general team support.

Manage end-to-end logistics operations including inbound/outbound freight, inventory control, ERP/MRP and WMS optimization, supplier management, freight negotiations, production scheduling, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement to ensure on-time delivery and cost control in a manufacturing environment.

Reconcile and monitor receivables, petty cash, payroll clearing, manufacturer and holdback accounts. Review service/parts/body shop AR, cash sales, and factory schedules; research and resolve discrepancies, coordinate corrections, maintain documentation, and escalate issues. Support weekly aged receivable and manufacturer schedule reviews to ensure accounting accuracy.

Manage feedstock logistics and warehousing for titanium ores and fluorspar: schedule shipments, maintain accurate shipping and inventory records, manage supplier relationships and junior miners, monitor port/offload and warehouse operations, approve invoices and goods receipts, analyze shipping costs, forecast and model dry-bulk shipping markets, and identify supply chain optimization opportunities.

Lead adoption of new accounting standards, provide technical accounting guidance on complex transactions, design and oversee SOX/internal controls, author disclosures and MD&A, manage monthly close (including stock-based compensation), publish investor reporting packages, and partner with Product, Legal, Finance, and external auditors on accounting issues.

Process and reconcile employer health contributions, update enrollment records, resolve benefit eligibility and coverage issues, and communicate with employers and participants to provide timely customer service.

Own product strategy and lifecycle for credit card products: define vision, prioritize requirements, lead cross-functional teams, use data and A/B testing to iterate, and deliver customer-focused features that meet business and revenue goals.

Develop and maintain statistically driven and consensus-based demand forecasts across North America, integrating sales pipeline, rollout schedules, and seasonality. Own S&OP support, improve planning tools and processes, analyze forecast performance, build dashboards, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Customer Success to optimize inventory and revenue predictability.

Serve as first point of contact for new business prospects, execute outbound lead generation and outreach, support senior sales on prospecting, manage follow-ups and customer records, respond to inquiries, and collaborate with Sales and Operations to improve processes and drive pipeline.
