Partner with leadership and technical teams to refine messaging, ICP, pricing, qualification, sales stages, and the broader go-to-market playbook. Monitor OEM part quality, investigate and contain customer issues, lead root-cause and corrective-action activities, manage quality reports and customer portals, analyze DTCs using CANape and Squadriga, conduct inspections, track quality KPIs, coordinate customer meetings, and protect production lines through rapid containment and decision-making.
