Serves as an engineer in training toward a Key Account Manager role. Supports mill customers through technical expertise in papermaking, wet-end chemistry, water systems, and production optimization. Conducts plant visits, audits, and performance evaluations; recommends solutions that improve efficiency, quality, output, and costs; supports business reviews and customer presentations; partners with technical and laboratory teams; and contributes to revenue, profitability, and retention goals.

Leads projects from concept through implementation and may work occasional evenings and weekends.

Manage a portfolio of churches by providing ongoing virtual communication, support, training, and engagement guidance. Monitor participation, requests, response activity, and network health metrics to improve church involvement and retention. Resolve customer issues, coordinate technical support, maintain accurate CRM records, support onboarding transitions, and collaborate with internal teams to strengthen network outcomes and improve engagement processes.

Leads FP&A and finance business partnership for Innovation & Technology, Lab Operations, and corporate functions. Builds forecasting models, planning cycles, dashboards, decision frameworks, and financial operating rhythms. Partners with senior executives on cost optimization, investments, business reviews, board-level financial narratives, and SIOP. Manages and develops a growing finance team while establishing infrastructure for a scaling organization.

Processes payroll and timekeeping data accurately and on schedule, including hours, PTO, deductions, taxes, paychecks, direct deposits, and employee records. Prepares payroll tax, wage, productivity, revenue, and statistics reports; reconciles PTO and assists with month-end closing. Responds to employee payroll questions, prepares bank deposits, supports accounts payable, and maintains confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee information.

Originates residential mortgage loans by developing referral relationships, generating new business, interviewing applicants, recommending suitable mortgage products, collecting documentation, and monitoring applications through closing. Maintains compliance with mortgage regulations and SAFE Act requirements, uses Salesforce for referrals and communication, collaborates with bank partners on cross-selling, and promotes the bank through community and professional networking. Occasional travel, evening, and weekend work may be required.

Lead YMCA youth sports game days by supporting coaches, players, parents, and families; enforcing sports, safety, and YMCA policies; preparing and securing equipment; monitoring facilities for hazards; managing schedules and weather-related delays; resolving concerns; and responding to accidents or incidents. The role emphasizes customer service, inclusion, communication, teamwork, and creating a safe, welcoming environment for children.

Provides legal counsel to U.S. and Canadian business units, managing complex litigation, outside counsel, disputes, insurance recovery, product stewardship, health and safety compliance, procurement support, and some employment matters. The role advises business stakeholders, develops legal strategies and templates, oversees litigation budgets, supports regulatory inspections, and negotiates commercial contracts. It requires collaboration across functions and countries, strong legal analysis, and active bar admission or eligibility in Georgia.
