Lead development and execution of player identification, evaluation, recruitment and athlete support for a professional flag football league. Build scouting networks, evaluation systems, events (combines, showcases), and player pipelines domestically and internationally. Oversee operational planning for evaluation events, manage player databases and scouting workflows, partner cross-functionally on roster strategy, and develop player programs for onboarding, development, and wellness. Serve as primary player advocate and maintain relationships with athletes, agents, coaches, and partner organizations.
