Manages large federal programs and contracts, overseeing budgets, resources, costs, compliance, schedules, government-furnished property, deliverables, and reporting. The role requires extensive technical knowledge of cloud environments, software development, data analysis, databases, TAK integrations, mobile device management, adtech data, digital force protection, curriculum development, and zero-trust architecture. Collaboration with contract, technical, and government personnel is central to successful execution.

Leads the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through deal closure, builds C-suite relationships, develops account plans, consults on business planning solutions, negotiates agreements, and maintains Salesforce records. The role partners with customer success and technical teams, supports post-sale customer loyalty, identifies business transformation use cases, and experiments with sales growth tactics. It targets scale-ups and enterprise organizations, primarily across the North American market.

Lead CMSPI’s market intelligence agenda for the payments ecosystem. Translate industry developments, proprietary data, benchmarks, and platform insights into actionable client guidance, briefings, narratives, and thought leadership. Represent the company in executive meetings, sales conversations, events, webinars, and external forums. Collaborate with Product, Data, Partnerships, Sales, Delivery, Marketing, and leadership while guiding a small intelligence team and prioritizing client and account demands.

Own ARR, revenue, bookings, and workforce forecasts; support sales compensation calculations, budgeting, KPI reporting, and Board reporting. Analyze actuals against budget, explain variances, and translate financial data into actionable insights for finance and non-finance leaders. Partner closely with Finance and Sales on commercial performance and high-priority business initiatives.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting across calls, email, LinkedIn, and SMS using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and ZoomInfo.
