Senior Associate, FP&A
Remote: United States
Turn financial data into insights that help the business make better decisions.
About the Role
If you are a finance professional who wants to understand the business behind the numbers, this role gives you that opportunity.
As a Senior Associate in FP&A, you will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, and business performance. You will help forecast revenue and Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), support sales compensation, analyze performance against budget, and contribute to financial reporting used by senior leadership and the Board.
This is a visible role on a collaborative team. We are looking for someone who brings strong financial fundamentals, takes initiative, asks thoughtful questions, and enjoys working with people across the business.
You won't simply report what happened. You'll develop a deeper understanding of why it happened, what could happen next, and how financial insights can support better decisions.
What You Will Do
Your work will help leaders understand performance, anticipate what comes next, and make informed financial and commercial decisions.
- Own and update key ARR and revenue forecasts, helping improve the accuracy and usefulness of our financial outlook.
- Support monthly bookings forecasting and help finalize bookings results in partnership with Finance and Sales.
- Support sales compensation calculations and payouts, partnering with stakeholders to resolve questions and maintain accuracy.
- Review monthly Board reporting for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Analyze actual performance against budget and identify the drivers behind significant variances.
- Support annual budgeting, workforce and revenue analysis, KPI reporting, and high-priority projects across the business.
What You Bring
Success in this role requires analytical strength and attention to detail, but it also requires curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work effectively with people across the organization.
- 3 plus years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a related finance role.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and financial modeling.
- Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and financial or operational data analysis.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with close attention to accuracy.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting practices.
- Ability to translate financial information into clear insights for both finance and non-finance audiences.
- Experience with NetSuite and/or Workday Adaptive Planning is helpful but not required.
Why Join Us
This role offers broad exposure to both the numbers and the decisions behind them.
You will partner with Finance and Sales, build your understanding of recurring-revenue and commercial performance, contribute to materials reviewed by senior leaders and the Board, and see how financial information influences business decisions.
We are looking for someone who will make the most of that exposure—someone who takes ownership, builds strong working relationships, looks for ways to improve how we work, and is motivated to broaden their financial and commercial capabilities.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to make a visible contribution while expanding your understanding of how Finance helps drive business performance.
As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, you'll have opportunities to expand your skills, learn emerging technologies, and contribute across a broad range of initiatives as business needs evolve. We value curiosity, collaboration, continuous learning, and individuals who enjoy solving difficult problems that make a measurable business impact.
