Prospect and develop new retail business across Colorado, Utah, Washington, and Oregon, meeting sales goals and managing strategic accounts. Serves as a liaison for internal and external inquiries, supports licensure surveys, assists patients and families, and manages special projects while maintaining professionalism, organization, discretion, and effective communication.

Coordinates marketing operations, creative production, print materials, digital campaigns, email marketing, website updates, vendor relationships, and collateral distribution. Creates and updates branded menus, signage, promotional assets, sales materials, packaging mockups, and CPG marketing materials. Create client-facing reports and recommendations, collaborate with strategy, analytics, and creative teams, and experiment with AI-powered workflows and automation to improve campaign efficiency and performance.
