What You’ll Do
- Lead daily operations at a LIHTC/tax credit community
- Ensure compliance with affordable housing regulations and requirements
- Oversee leasing, resident relations, and property operations
- Lead and support the property team
- Manage occupancy goals, budgets, and financial performance
- Maintain accurate records and reporting
- Help establish a strong culture and resident experience as the community grows
What You Bring
- 2-5yrs+ of LIHTC/tax credit property management experience
- Strong knowledge of Georgia tax credit requirements
- Knowledge of Georgia affordable housing reporting requirements is a plus
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Property management software and Microsoft Office experience
- A passion for affordable housing and serving residents with excellence
