Design and build AI agents, code tools, and automations for customer support operations. Lead technical discovery with customers, map business processes and integrations, build proofs of concept, and guide data and integration work. Generate revenue by qualifying leads, prospecting, conducting product demos, managing pipelines, building referral networks, and closing new business. Develop territory strategies, maintain customer relationships, use Salesforce dashboards and data-driven insights to improve conversions, meet quotas, and complete at least 45 restaurant drop-ins weekly. Travel throughout the territory approximately 60% of the time.

Lead the company-wide evolution of reliability, platform, and infrastructure engineering across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments. Set architectural direction, improve distributed-system resilience and performance, strengthen cloud and runtime security, and mature incident response through automation and operational practices. Manage, mentor, and develop engineers while leading cross-functional initiatives spanning infrastructure, customer-facing platforms, AI and data systems, and fulfillment automation.

Leads application security, vulnerability management, threat detection, AI-driven security automation, and security engineering. Administers SAST, DAST, SCA, SIEM, EDR, IAM, and cloud security platforms; develops MITRE ATT&CK-mapped detections; investigates Tier 2/3 incidents; builds Python-based automation and AI agent integrations; supports architecture reviews, penetration testing, policy development, threat intelligence, compliance, and security reporting.

Generates and qualifies outbound and inbound sales leads, schedules prospect meetings, nurtures opportunities, and identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Manages pipeline activity and customer interactions in Salesforce, supports marketing campaigns and events, provides lead-quality feedback, and meets call-volume and sales quotas. The role requires learning ReversingLabs products and competitors, articulating solution value to senior stakeholders, and applying solution-selling techniques.

Own People Operations execution, including offer paperwork, onboarding, new-hire coordination, immigration and visa processes, employee records, HR workflows, and process improvements. The role partners with recruiting and leadership, manages sensitive information, and will eventually oversee performance management processes and manager enablement. Success requires strong organization, communication, autonomy, discretion, and comfort working in a rapidly scaling startup.

Supports federal and state tax compliance and accounting by preparing book-to-tax workpapers, analyzing taxable income, assisting with ASC 740 tax provisions, researching tax issues, preparing returns, responding to notices, supporting audits, and maintaining tax documentation and records.

Execute and develop revenue enablement programs for sales teams, including onboarding, ongoing skills training, product-release readiness, demo coaching, and sales content. Create curricula, workshops, webinars, assessments, playbooks, and job aids using adult learning principles. Analyze Salesforce and conversation-intelligence data to measure ramp velocity, demo quality, behavior change, quota attainment, and win rates. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Enablement teams while supporting global teams across time zones.
