Lead global commercial and operational initiatives to accelerate Private AI adoption. Establish governance and operating rhythms, run monthly business reviews, prioritize accounts and use cases, define strategic metrics, align ecosystem and commercial strategies, and build business cases and growth models to guide executive decision-making.

Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere and MetaBOT. Create modular reusable bot libraries, integrate with ERPs and APIs, manage full SDLC, collaborate with clients, and ensure information security and data protection compliance.

Lead U.S. product efforts for Time Off & Attendance, owning vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Payroll, Sales, and Customer Success to build compliant, scalable workforce management and payroll integrations. Use customer research and data to define metrics, iterate, and embed AI capabilities. Serve as founding U.S. PM and work closely with global teams.

Lead technology vision, product and platform delivery, cybersecurity, privacy and K-12 compliance. Drive architecture, vendor management, operations, AI governance, and partner with executive team to scale the Checkology platform and organizational systems.

Sell FEITIAN authentication and access-control solutions to enterprises by developing pipeline, closing new business, expanding accounts, managing CRM and forecasts, leading demos/POCs/RFPs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and building partner relationships across identity, MFA, FIDO2, PKI, smartcard, SSO, and Zero Trust initiatives.
