Supports AlertMedia’s organic social media program for 20 hours per week by creating graphics and short-form videos, repurposing marketing content, drafting captions, scheduling and publishing posts, maintaining the social calendar and Linktree, monitoring community channels, responding to engagement, researching audience topics, and preparing social performance reports. The role requires strong organization, copywriting, platform knowledge, and attention to detail.

Manage a named pipeline of financial advisors and advisor teams through Pontera’s initial activation phase. Lead onboarding meetings, create urgency using consultative sales methodologies, drive advisors toward onboarding five clients, conduct outbound engagement, track milestone progression, and negotiate and close asset upsell opportunities. Success is measured by rapid advisor activation, platform adoption, and commercial outcomes.

Align GTM, customer support, and operations stakeholders while managing products from kickoff through launch.

Own month-end close, general ledger operations, journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, corporate card and expense workflows, SaaS billing reconciliations, equity records, variable compensation accounting, and internal controls. Partner cross-functionally to resolve variances, improve processes, and support audits, tax filings, reporting, and system enhancements. The role requires an active CPA license, strong US GAAP knowledge, and experience with cloud accounting and financial systems.

Designs, builds, publishes, and maintains responsive WordPress pages and website assets. Creates templates, landing pages, banners, and localized content while applying brand, accessibility, performance, and SEO standards. Uses WP Engine staging environments to test and deploy updates, troubleshoots layout issues, quality-checks pages across browsers and devices, and collaborates with SEO, Product Marketing, content, localization, and development teams.

Design, build, and operate scalable distributed systems for real-time restaurant payment and financial workflows. Responsibilities include architecting reliable services, protecting sensitive financial data, improving observability and production performance, debugging distributed systems, participating in on-call rotations, applying AI-assisted engineering tools, collaborating cross-functionally, and mentoring engineers.

Build and operate highly reliable card-issuing systems at the network boundary. Responsibilities include interpreting specifications, protocols, certifications, mandates, and production behavior; developing production software and conformance tooling; analyzing network messages; driving certification cycles; influencing card networks; mentoring engineers; applying AI-assisted engineering practices; and participating in on-call support for critical financial systems.
