Lead and grow a team of finance business analysts to translate finance needs into scalable ERP, reporting, and process solutions. Partner with Finance, Technology, and Operations to drive global ERP implementations, improve controls, ensure data integrity, support close activities, and deliver financial reporting and transformation initiatives across multi-entity, multi-currency environments.

Support analysis and documentation of MarTech business problems and requirements; assist day-to-day operation and optimization of marketing technology focused on retention, loyalty, and lifecycle marketing; support store activation and in-store events; coordinate stakeholders, facilitate MarTech project lifecycle, help define acceptance criteria and user stories, and assist rollout and change management for platforms like Hightouch and Klayvio.
