Leads Vuori’s enterprise master data strategy, product vision, roadmap, and execution across product, customer, vendor, and financial data domains. Drives data governance, stewardship workflows, lifecycle management, automation, data quality, system alignment, and adoption of internal data capabilities. Partners with technology, analytics, finance, operations, architecture, and business teams to improve data reliability, reduce manual work, and enable better decision-making.

Leads digital product strategy across discovery, browsing, cart, checkout, payments, fulfillment, and returns. Owns roadmap prioritization, leads Product Managers and APMs, drives discovery and experimentation, and manages cross-functional initiatives. Leads FP&A across eCommerce, retail, wholesale, and marketing, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, revenue modeling, variance analysis, profitability initiatives, investment ROI, store proformas, executive reporting, financial tools, and team leadership. Partners cross-functionally to improve financial accuracy, reporting, processes, and strategic decision-making.

Supports wholesale marketing for specialty accounts by executing seasonal strategies, developing account activation plans, managing fixtures, signage, POP, digital assets, vendors, budgets, and timelines. Partners with sales, visual merchandising, brand, and community teams to deliver integrated campaigns, retail programs, grassroots events, and educational clinics. Tracks promotions, co-op programs, calendars, event performance, and reporting while improving marketing processes and scalability.

Write digital-first copy primarily for email, plus paid media, loyalty, digital marketing, and omnichannel campaigns. Develop product stories, subject lines, CTAs, and performance-minded messaging while maintaining Vuori’s brand voice. Collaborate with designers, marketers, CRM, loyalty, and e-commerce teams; translate product features and technical details into compelling customer-focused language; and manage multiple projects, feedback streams, and deadlines.

Serves as the HQ front-desk contact, welcoming visitors, registering guests, and directing vendors and contractors. Provides administrative support, coordinates with facilities and security vendors, manages office supplies and inventory, supports safety and emergency protocols, and assists with event setup and breakdown. Maintains a welcoming, secure, organized, and well-functioning workplace while collaborating with Facilities and Security Coordinators.

The Director of FP&A will oversee financial planning, reporting, and budget management, leading a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive strategic financial decision-making.

Lead strategy, architecture, and operations for endpoint, identity, collaboration, enterprise storage, workplace technology, and AI productivity platforms. Drive Microsoft 365 and Entra adoption, set endpoint and security standards across Windows/macOS/mobile, manage Teams Rooms/AV, build a global engineering team, and ensure scalable, governed collaboration and storage services.
