Job Description

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst who is interested in growing their career supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O). In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, senior analysts, developers, and implementation partners to support and enhance Vuori's enterprise applications with a focus on Operations. 

Reporting to the Manager, Business Systems, you will help support D365 F&O functionality through business analysis, system configuration, testing, documentation, and production support activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of business processes who is looking to expand their D365 F&O experience in a fast-paced retail environment. 

You will assist with system enhancements, troubleshoot operational issues, participate in project delivery activities, and help ensure enterprise applications continue to meet the evolving needs of the business. This position offers an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise integrations, supply chain, wholesale and direct-to-consumer operations, while working alongside experienced technology and business teams. 

This role will require on-site presence 4+ days per week at our headquarters in Carlsbad, CA. 

What you'll get to do:

  • Support daily operations of D365 F&O and related enterprise applications. 
  • Assist with gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements. 
  • Configure and test D365 F&O functionality under the guidance of senior team members. 
  • Participate in system enhancement projects, upgrades, and process improvement initiatives. 
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and help resolve production support issues. 
  • Create and maintain documentation including business requirements, test scripts, process flows, and training materials. 
  • Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and support business users during testing cycles. 
  • Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to identify opportunities to improve system processes and user experience. 
  • Support integrations between D365 F&O and other enterprise applications through testing and validation activities. 
  • Assist in monitoring system performance and escalating issues when appropriate. 
  • Stay informed about new D365 F&O features and functionality relevant to the business. 

Qualifications

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field and/or equivalent years of experience preferred.  
  • 4+ years of experience supporting ERP systems, business applications, or business process improvement initiatives. 
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Dynamics AX, or another enterprise ERP platform. 
  • Experience participating in system testing, user acceptance testing, or production support activities. 
  • Familiarity with business analysis techniques, process documentation, and requirements gathering. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business users, project teams, and external partners. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies, Azure DevOps, or Jira is a plus. 
  • Awareness of ERP integrations and data interfaces is preferred. 
  • Retail, apparel, wholesale, or consumer goods industry experience is a plus.

The salary range for this role is $109,000 per year - $140,175 per year. This role is bonus eligible.
