Supports the Customer Success team with client engagement, customer onboarding, account monitoring, feedback collection, churn reduction, and customer success materials. The intern will shadow onboarding activities, identify opportunities to deliver customer value, address concerns, and develop communication and relationship-management skills while learning Symphony’s products and customer-centric strategies.
