Leads the onsite HR function for a manufacturing facility, partnering with leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, employee relations, leadership development, change management, compliance, and continuous improvement. Analyzes workforce metrics, manages HR budgets, supports safety and return-to-work programs, and develops employees while fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. The role reports regionally and matrixes to the plant manager, with direct reports and up to 10% domestic and international travel.

Lead strategic sourcing and supplier management for steel and fabricated components across multiple North and Latin American manufacturing sites. Develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supply continuity, monitor market trends, drive supplier performance and cost reduction, and partner with Operations, Engineering, Planning, and Quality to support launches, capacity planning, and risk mitigation.

Lead a global team responsible for engineered component selection, qualification, validation, and lifecycle management. Establish standards, test plans, supplier qualification, and cost-reduction initiatives. Coordinate cross-functionally with Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality to ensure component performance, reliability, regulatory compliance, and supply continuity. Manage resources, schedules, metrics, and COE guidance while developing team capabilities and driving continuous improvement across global product platforms.

Design, develop, and document controls software for electro-mechanical HVAC systems. Implement communications (Modbus, BACnet), write efficient code, create specs and diagrams, perform debugging, commissioning, and field support. Collaborate on hardware integration, control panel design, code reviews, and process improvements while following best practices and Agile development.

Provide technical design solutions, 2D drawings, BOMs, selections, and customized quotes for data center projects. Develop mechanical/electrical designs to code, optimize manufacturability and performance, support order fulfillment, troubleshoot installed equipment, and coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and service teams. Occasional travel for site visits and presentations.

Serve as primary finance business partner for Milford plant: own site financial performance, reporting, forecasting, cost accounting, inventory controls, SOX compliance, capital spend, KPIs, and lead cost-out and productivity projects while supporting corporate and Americas finance initiatives.

Design and develop complex product concepts and sub‑assemblies for NPI programs, own DFMEA, validate prototypes and initial production, lead cross‑functional problem resolution, apply DFMA and root cause analysis, and support prototype fabrication and manufacturing visits.

Provide mechanical product design support: create 3D models and drawings, support manufacturing and sales, participate in testing and new product launches, resolve design issues at plants, and define engineering documentation best practices.

Design and develop heat-rejection equipment through NPI using 2D/3D CAD and design automation. Create parametric models, support DFMA and BOM activities, participate in design reviews, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing and marketing, document work, and travel to prototype/pilot builds (up to 10%).

Partner with hiring managers to execute full life-cycle recruiting for frontline, technical, engineering, and manufacturing roles. Source, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, build pipelines via ATS/job boards/social platforms, leverage AI tools and data to improve speed-to-hire, ensure OFCCP and employment law compliance, and support hiring events and site visits.
