Provide pre- and post-sales technical support for FANUC robot products, specializing in physical AI, motion planning, virtual commissioning and digital twin workflows. Develop and validate applications, perform simulations, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, customer training, and collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize integrations and deploy robotics solutions across the Central region.

Lead the Import and Export Compliance team, managing compliance activities, advising on trade practices, maintaining regulations, and conducting employee training.

Support installation engineers and project managers by ordering, shipping, and tracking domestic and international parts using ERP/Oracle EBS. Coordinate with planning, purchasing, engineering, and buyers to locate part numbers and suppliers, prepare quotes, maintain records and organizational charts, and produce clear documentation. Perform inventory/MRP-related tasks and other duties as assigned.

Responsible for PLC/HMI/GUI software design, programming, debugging for robotic applications, collaborating with teams and troubleshooting systems.

Lead design, development, and integration of large robotic automation systems. Mentor engineers, produce software specifications, develop/debug FANUC Teach Pendant and KAREL programs, support quoting, verify installations, perform field startup and training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver turnkey automation solutions.

Develop, implement, and test robotic automation applications (welding, milling, laser processing, assembly, material removal). Support sales, product testing, system builds, trade shows, and create technical sales materials and functional specifications.

Provide application engineering support for FANUC automotive customers: troubleshoot and resolve robot application issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop solution concepts and demo cells, support sales with technical materials, and drive product/application requirements.

Develop and maintain paint-application automation tools and software for robotics: design, code, test, document systems; create and run test plans; evaluate robot/process performance; provide customer and integrator support; perform off-line robot programming and 3D simulation; produce technical documentation and controller manuals; collaborate across teams to resolve hardware/simulation discrepancies.

Lead mechanical R&D for robotic painting products: design, analyze, and test linkages, drives, and components; resolve field issues; produce and release CAD drawings; define analyses and validation tests; estimate costs; review tolerancing; troubleshoot interdisciplinary robot motion/electrical/fluid issues; collaborate with suppliers, manufacturing, sales, and customers. Some travel required.

The Project Manager leads PaintShop project execution, manages cross-functional teams, ensures project profitability, and maintains customer satisfaction while handling extensive travel and communication.
