As an Application Engineer, you'll provide expertise on FANUC CNC systems, support OEMs and end users, offer technical assistance, and promote products. You'll travel frequently, develop technical solutions, and work on application development in manufacturing environments.

Design and approve mechanical components and layouts for robotic paint and dispense systems, including robot layouts, end-of-arm tooling, and application equipment; coordinate design engineers, create drawings, enter parts into Oracle ERP, and manage multiple projects to meet schedules.

Provide regional technical support for FANUC robotic automation: train customers and integrators, assist sales with application support, use CAD and simulation tools, troubleshoot vision and robot systems, perform demos, document support, and travel up to 50%.

Design mechanical hardware for robotic paint and dispense systems, including robot layouts, end-of-arm tooling, application equipment, and fluid schematics. Collaborate with mechanical lead and cross-functional teams, manage schedules, and handle multiple projects.

Develop and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines for cloud environments, automate logging and monitoring, resolve operational issues, mentor junior engineers, and ensure security best practices.

Maintain inventory accuracy through daily cycle counts, reconciliations, and adjustments; assign and update warehouse locations; perform inventory data entry; operate material handling equipment; develop/execute transaction support programs; maintain records; mentor new employees; work third shift as needed.

Provide regional technical support, training, and advanced controls/software expertise for FANUC robotics integrators and end users. Use CAD and FANUC tools for simulations, demos, vision troubleshooting, and pre-engineering. Support sales with application assistance, accompany sales calls, document support requests, attend trade shows, and travel up to 50%.

The Design Engineer will develop and maintain software solutions, support customers, conduct training, and collaborate within an Agile team.

Develop and maintain automated reporting, dashboards, and data-driven tools to support Paint Shop operations. Perform data analysis on production, alarm, vision, financial, and operational datasets, apply statistical methods and DOE for process optimization, automate manual workflows using Excel/VBA and Power Automate, manage SharePoint and digital tools, create documentation and training, and collaborate with engineering and project teams to improve efficiency and reporting.

Design and implement control systems for paint and sealer robotic systems: create control panels and cabling, configure FANUC robots, specify electrical components, produce and review schematics and installation drawings, troubleshoot electrical circuits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project schedules and customer requirements.
