Perform functional, environmental, and diagnostic testing; troubleshoot failures; analyze data; support NPI, calibration, QMS documentation, and audits while collaborating with design, manufacturing, and quality teams.

Lead cross-functional program execution from order entry through delivery, managing budgets, schedules, resources, risk mitigation, customer relationships, and compliance to meet quality, cost, and schedule objectives. Support proposals and continuous improvement while interacting with senior management and driving teams to meet contract requirements.

Support and own post-exhaust manufacturing operations for TWTs on the factory floor. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, RF, and packaging issues, run root-cause investigations, stabilize yield and throughput, partner with Engineering/Quality, update procedures, and drive continuous improvement to reduce scrap and cycle time.

Design, implement, and administer enterprise cloud and identity platforms including Entra ID/Azure AD, hybrid AD, M365 services, PKI/certificate lifecycle, CyberArk/Venafi, Windows Hello for Business, and automation with PowerShell/Python. Lead tenant migrations, acquisition integrations, compliance (CMMC/NIST/ITAR), and security governance across a multi-tenant enterprise.

Develop, baseline, and maintain program Integrated Master Schedules (IMS); assess schedule health and risks; support program managers and leads; produce schedule analyses, recovery plans, status reporting, and proposal planning; serve as scheduling subject-matter expert across program lifecycle.

The Site Coordinator ensures safe and efficient site operations, manages staffing, oversees employee evaluations, budget forecasting, and maintains adherence to policies while facilitating team performance.
