Own complex enterprise escalations from triage through root-cause analysis and resolution across browser, network, cloud, and endpoint layers. Analyze traces, logs, network captures, and diagnostic data; produce technical reports for R&D; communicate findings to customers; support incident response; and drive systemic improvements through documentation, triage, and product prioritization.

Own end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, rolling operating models, monthly close support, variance analysis, and reporting for R&D and G&A. Partner with leaders on headcount, vendor spend, investments, and resource allocation while applying SaaS metrics to evaluate performance and scenarios. The role focuses on closing enterprise business through a consultative sales approach, promoting Island’s Chromium-based Enterprise Browser, and helping organizations improve security, productivity, access control, and data governance. This is an open pipeline posting for current or future Enterprise and Strategic AE opportunities.

Operate and improve vulnerability and compliance scanning across web applications, infrastructure, networks, containers, and runtime environments. Support FedRAMP continuous monitoring, NIST 800-53 evidence collection, compliance tracking, audit reporting, and remediation workflows. Triage findings, filter false positives, prioritize risk, track Jira tickets, partner with engineering on SLAs, and automate scanning processes. The role is fully onsite in Coppell, Texas.

Owns Island’s integrated global growth marketing campaigns across verticals and use cases. The role develops repeatable campaign frameworks, coordinates paid, organic, lifecycle, web optimization, sales, RevOps, ABM, and product marketing teams, and uses intent data and predictive insights for targeting. Identify and prospect mid-market companies, conduct discovery, connect Island’s cybersecurity solution to IT and security challenges, and manage the full sales cycle through negotiation and close. The representative will build pipeline through cold calls, LinkedIn, email, networking, and AI-enabled GTM tools; maintain accurate Salesforce deal notes and forecasts; and collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success.
