Plan, execute, and optimize multichannel demand generation campaigns (digital, content, events) to drive pipeline and bookings. Triage and resolve basic-to-moderately complex issues, escalate when needed, document interactions in CRM/ticketing systems, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing. Educate users, monitor escalations, identify recurring issues, and participate in projects to improve product adoption and client experience.

Own the full sales cycle for an assigned territory: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiation, close and renewals. Build and manage client relationships, drive engagement and forecasting, develop territory strategy, coordinate internal resources, and document pipeline in CRM to grow revenue from current and prospective B2B clients.

Reporters who find, clean, analyze and visualize data to produce investigative and news stories. Collaborate with reporters and editors, apply statistical analysis, and explain data-driven findings to broad audiences.

Provide first-line product support for Bloomberg Industry Group products: manage customer inquiries end-to-end, troubleshoot functionality and configuration issues, document and escalate defects, deliver support via phone/email/chat/virtual meetings, collaborate with Product and Engineering, maintain case records, contribute knowledge articles, and participate in product launches and occasional after-hours support.
