  • Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, User Research, Legal, Security, Privacy, Content, and business unit Product leaders to align priorities and technical direction.

  • Define quality and measurement expectations for AI and search capabilities, including relevance, response quality, reliability, explainability, attribution, safety, and user trust.
  • Connect platform and infrastructure decisions to user-facing outcomes such as task completion, response usefulness, workflow efficiency, adoption, and user confidence.
  • Partner with business unit and commercial leaders to ensure shared platform capabilities support adoption, positioning, and measurable customer value.
  • Influence executive investment decisions through clear, evidence-based narratives grounded in user needs, platform leverage, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Build organizational capability by establishing standards for product and technical product management craft, including platform strategy, architecture partnership, product discovery, technical requirements, measurement, stakeholder alignment, and executive communication.
  • Foster a culture grounded in user outcomes, technical excellence, responsible AI, experimentation, transparency, and continuous improvement.

  • 10+ years working on technology-powered products as a Product Manager, Product Designer, Engineer, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or User Researcher, typically including at least 7 years in a Product Manager role, or equivalent experience as a subject matter expert and user of similar products.
  • 3+ years of supervisory experience, with demonstrated ability to lead others.
  • Proven success leading multiple product teams, large product portfolios, or strategically important business initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in product strategy, organizational leadership, and portfolio management.
  • Experience shaping investment decisions, operating models, and long-term strategic direction.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing leaders and building high performing organizations.
  • Experience leading managers, developing leadership pipelines, and supporting succession planning.
  • Experience building organizational capabilities that improve product quality, execution, and business outcomes at scale.
  • Experience managing organizational change, ambiguity, and competing business priorities.
  • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive alignment across complex organizations.
  • Strong communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence through vision, data, and storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and operating practices that improve organizational effectiveness and product outcomes.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Compensation Range:
