Own the vision, roadmap, backlog, and continuous enhancement of PUMA’s global ARGOS digital governance platform. Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories, and prioritized features; collaborate with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, external partners, and development teams; lead testing, deployments, adoption, and process improvements; evaluate AI capabilities; and track KPIs for platform adoption, efficiency, and business impact.

Leads PUMA’s global Sportstyle marketing strategy across product categories, overseeing seasonal campaigns, product storytelling, consumer insights, regional guidelines, KPI performance, and sell-in tools. Manages and develops the Sportstyle Marketing team, partners with licensed stakeholders, monitors market trends and competition, and ensures consistent brand execution across global markets.

Lead quality engineering strategy for web and mobile consumer experiences. Design scalable automation frameworks, establish risk-based testing and governance, build automated web, mobile, API, integration, and end-to-end suites, and embed quality across delivery teams. Drive accessibility, performance, cross-browser and cross-device validation, release readiness, quality metrics, experimentation testing, and continuous improvement while partnering with Product, Design, Engineering, and Architecture.

Leads frontend architecture and engineering for large-scale consumer web applications. Defines standards, reusable patterns, and headless API architectures using ReactJS, TypeScript, Next.js, and GraphQL. Drives performance, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, security, experimentation, design systems, and global scalability through CDN and edge technologies. Partners cross-functionally, mentors engineers, influences architecture across teams, and guides technical decisions for reliable, accessible, high-performing digital experiences.

Leads architecture, development, and evolution of large-scale React Native applications across iOS and Android. Defines mobile engineering standards, reusable patterns, security and privacy practices, release processes, accessibility, performance optimization, API and commerce integrations, experimentation, and design systems. Provides technical direction, partners cross-functionally, makes architectural decisions, mentors engineers, and improves delivery through AI-assisted engineering tools.

Lead PUMA’s global creative and brand direction, translating brand strategy and architecture into compelling visual narratives, campaigns, messaging, guidelines, and cohesive consumer experiences. Oversee seasonal brand storytelling, cultural moments, agency partnerships, consumer-insight integration, and creative execution across product, retail, and communications touchpoints. Collaborate with Creative Services and Brand Design teams while influencing cross-functional stakeholders in a complex, fast-paced organization.
