YOUR MISSIONWe are looking for a driven Product Owner to join our team in Herzogenaurach and shape the future of ARGOS, PUMA's global Digital Governance platform.
ARGOS serves as the central entry point for critical business processes across the PUMA Group. The platform enables employees worldwide to onboard and manage business partners, execute governance checks, manage contracts, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements through a seamless digital experience.
As a strategic platform connecting teams across Finance, Legal, Procurement, Compliance and other business functions, ARGOS plays a key role in ensuring efficient, transparent, and compliant business operations at global scale. The platform supports several user journeys:
Employees onboarding new vendors, customers, agents, distributors, and other business partners through a standardized digital process.
Legal, Compliance, Finance, and Procurement teams performing governance reviews, risk assessments, approvals, and due diligence activities.
Business stakeholders managing contracts, approvals, and related governance workflows in one integrated platform.
Global process owners driving compliance, transparency, and data quality across multiple business functions and regions.
As Product Owner, you will be responsible for shaping the future vision of ARGOS, defining the roadmap, and delivering innovative capabilities together with a global network of stakeholders, business experts, and development teams.
Your key responsibilities will be:
Drive the vision, roadmap, and continuous enhancement of Digital Governance solutions.
Translate business needs and user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and a prioritized backlog.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance, to design scalable and user-friendly solutions.
Lead global platform enhancements, testing activities, deployments, and adoption initiatives.
Continuously challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for simplification, automation, and improved user experience.
Drive the evolution of the digital products by balancing governance requirements with usability and business value.
Evaluate and implement AI-driven capabilities and emerging technologies to improve efficiency, user experience, and decision-making.
Define and track KPIs to measure platform adoption, process efficiency, and business impact.
Act as the key interface between business stakeholders, external partners, and development teams.
University degree in Business Administration, Digital Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Process Manager, or a comparable role
Strong understanding of business processes within areas such as Finance, Procurement, Legal or Compliance
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience with low-code or workflow platforms is a plus
Business fluent in English.

Skills Required
