Leads global wholesale operations and commercial excellence for PUMA, driving strategic plan execution, sell-in processes, forecasting, sales performance management, distribution governance, joint business planning, and S&OP improvements. Partners with regions, markets, categories, strategic accounts, and senior executives to improve sell-through, inventory flow, commercial processes, and wholesale growth across a global organization.

Leads global wholesale Gross-to-Net strategy, governance, forecasting, performance management, profitability optimization, and commercial finance transformation. Partners with Finance, Sales, Merchandising, and regional leadership to improve revenue quality, reduce leakage, strengthen controls, optimize customer terms and trade investments, and support profitable growth. Builds global standards, improves data and reporting processes, guides strategic negotiations, and develops a high-performing team across international markets.

Manage PUMA’s global SAP integration platform, including designing, developing, supporting, and documenting interfaces using SAP Cloud Integration and SAP Process Orchestration. Lead migration from SAP Process Orchestration to SAP Cloud Integration, establish global integration standards, coordinate regional and competency teams, evaluate integration tools and methods, and ensure implementation quality. The role also requires stakeholder management, technical leadership, application support oversight, and translating business needs into technical requirements.

Owns a regional territory to grow PUMA Running sales and brand awareness through retail account relationships, product education, sales-data analysis, partner motivation, and in-person or virtual running events. Represents PUMA at races and expos, collaborates with sales, marketing, merchandising, and product teams, and provides regular performance reporting and field feedback. Extensive travel, a valid driver’s license, and a reliable vehicle are required.

Manages Business Intelligence projects for Wholesale and Operations, translating business needs into scalable Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions. Responsibilities include data analysis, data integration, KPI governance, documentation, quality assurance, user training, and cross-functional business partnering to improve data-driven decision-making.

Own a regional territory to grow PUMA Running sales and brand awareness through account relationships, retail partner education, product expertise, sales-data analysis, events, and community engagement. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, merchandising, and product teams; represents PUMA at races and expos; and submits regular performance and consumer-feedback reports. Travel up to 75% is required, along with a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Supports footwear innovation projects through sample ordering and tracking, product information database maintenance, colorway documentation, rapid prototyping, material updates, fit and wear testing, project tracking, research coordination, and innovation library and storage management.

Leads PUMA’s global social media strategy, campaigns, content planning, influencer activations, agency partnerships, and global-to-local execution across Europe. Manages complex workstreams, budgets, content calendars, stakeholder relationships, and KPI reporting while optimizing processes and driving brand engagement, audience growth, and sell-through. Requires strong expertise in social media strategy, integrated marketing, analytics, agency management, and cross-functional leadership.

Perform various testing operations including UI, functional, and regression tests. Create test scenarios, document defects, and provide support for PLM applications.

Manages global creative campaign projects from conception through delivery, coordinating internal teams, agencies, stakeholders, timelines, resources, approvals, reporting, and workflow processes. Oversees multiple concurrent projects, maintains communication and status transparency, resolves roadblocks, ensures creative best practices, and recommends course corrections. Serves as a primary contact for PUMA teams and external partners while supporting high-quality, on-time delivery across markets.
