YOUR MISSION
  • Contribute to the setting of the brand direction and platform (positioning, point of view, character) and brand architecture (framework for clarifying the role of the mother brand, vs sub-brand, collections, individual Bus etc…)

  • Translate the brand direction, platform and architecture into a creative direction for the brand overall and the brand’s key components, visual assets. Evolve and elevate our Brand Marketing storytelling and its aesthetics in connection to the brand direction

  • Lead and define the look, feel and tone of the PUMA brand on a seasonal/annual basis, including the overarching key brand messaging and creative, cross-category concepts, stories

  • Own creative oversight and develop topline direction and creative guidelines that will serve as foundation for the full brand experience (from product, to point of sale to communication). This includes defining the communication strategy, frameworks and consumer facing communication of innovations, technologies, sustainability etc

  • Act as a brand representative across all product creation, communication channels and retail channel touchpoints ensuring a cohesive brand representation and consistent consumer experience

  • Oversee the creation of major creative frameworks such as brand manuals, marketing CI guidelines, logo usage and Direct-To-Consumer concepts

  • Lead the creative direction of brand campaigns and global brand cultural moments (e.g., Olympics, F1,…) and inform and steer creative briefs for horizontal topics (e.g., Women’s, Sustainability, Reform, Innovation platforms,…)

  • Contribute to the selection and management of all external creative agency partners

  • Design and establish processes to closely integrate consumer insights into the development of the (seasonal/annual) brand direction

  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Services team and Brand Design team.

  • A creative force with a proven track record of driving creative direction and brand elevation in a dynamic and competitive market Experience in brand and communication creative development

  • Leadership and influencing skills. Ability to guide and steer through complex matrix organization

  • Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive brand experiences across multiple touchpoints

  • Strong understanding of consumer insights and their integration into brand development processes

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate and champion creative concepts effectively

  • Experience in managing and collaborating with external creative agency partners to execute brand campaigns and initiatives

  • A visionary mindset with the capacity to anticipate and capitalize on emerging trends and cultural moments

  • Proficient in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and creative frameworks to ensure consistency and authenticity

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of creativity and attention to detail

  • A passion for innovation, sustainability, and pushing the boundaries of brand storytelling and aesthetics
