Requires extensive international sportswear product management experience, strong leadership, analytical and presentation skills, and up to 30% travel.

Leads commercial performance for global and regional eCommerce markets, improving revenue, margin, EBIT, conversion, AOV, demand shaping, customer experience, and retention. Partners with market leaders to diagnose performance, recommend actions, align improvement plans, govern KPI frameworks, and ensure adoption. Leads data storytellers, establishes analytical and measurement standards, develops global playbooks, and influences senior stakeholders across a global matrix organization.

Lead the Global eCommerce Business Insights function, transforming complex data into actionable commercial recommendations. Oversee analytics across merchandising, pricing, demand, marketing, CRM, content, customer behavior, supply chain, and purchasing. Establish analytical frameworks, performance reviews, driver trees, and scalable playbooks. The role requires collaboration across departments, strong presentations and communication, organization, prioritization, and knowledge of sporting goods, footwear, retail, and consumer trends.
