YOUR MISSION
  • Drive PUMA’s global social media presence within the assigned field of play, translating strategic priorities into impactful channel plans and activations
  • Lead complex social media projects and workstreams, coordinating contributors and providing functional guidance within the team
  • Connect the global social media strategy with local market needs across Europe and recommend practical, audience-relevant approaches
  • Optimize channel processes, content workflows and ways of working to improve quality, speed and efficiency
  • Plan and monitor budgets for assigned projects and responsibilities, ensuring effective allocation and transparent follow-up
  • Plan and implement owned and shared social media and influencer campaigns that strengthen engagement and brand heat, in close collaboration with Media, Influencer and category teams
  • Steer agency deliverables, content calendars and product or event rollouts, ensuring alignment with briefs, timelines and brand standards
  • Develop clear briefings for social media campaigns and content productions, guiding internal and external partners through execution
  • Enable engaging and innovative content creation for Instagram and relevant partner channels
  • Define, execute and track seeding campaigns to increase organic awareness and support campaign objectives
  • Track and analyze social media and content KPIs, translate insights into recommendations and proactively share results with relevant stakeholders
  • Develop social media activations as part of integrated 360° marketing campaigns and the full marketing funnel, reflecting cross-functional needs and supporting sell-through
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and represent the social media function confidently within the assigned area of responsibility
  • Understand business priorities within the assigned field of play or category, challenge assumptions constructively and prioritize initiatives by impact, importance and urgency.

YOUR TALENT
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field, with approximately 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in social media, ideally within a consumer, sport or lifestyle brand environment
  • Strong specialist expertise in social media strategy, channel management, content planning, owned and shared ecosystems, influencer activations and integrated campaign execution
  • Proven ability to lead complex projects and functional workstreams with a high degree of autonomy; experience providing disciplinary leadership for a small team is an advantage
  • Sound understanding of global-to-local frameworks and the ability to translate business priorities into clear, actionable and market-relevant recommendations
  • Strong analytical capability, including budget oversight, KPI tracking, performance reporting and the ability to derive practical optimization measures
  • Demonstrated experience briefing, steering and evaluating agencies, production partners and cross-functional contributors
  • Confident communicator with the ability to independently represent an area of expertise, influence stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions, markets and seniority levels
  • Structured, solution-oriented approach to complex challenges, with sound judgment and the ability to make recommendations that support immediate organizational priorities
  • Passion for innovation, current social media trends and continuous improvement, combined with a willingness to mentor colleagues and share specialist knowledge.
