Design, architect, and build full‑stack data products and analytics applications from raw data to dashboards. Develop ETL (SSIS, ADF), optimize performance, create semantic/tabular models and DAX measures, and deliver Power BI reporting while consulting with stakeholders and managing the product lifecycle.

Lead and manage project staff delivering complex, regional or system-wide projects and communications. Oversee project intake, resource and time management, risk/issue resolution, financial and quality controls. Provide financial modeling, forecasting, feasibility studies, and analysis to support strategic decisions. Maintain and reconcile financial reporting/cost accounting systems, review data uploads, develop tools, and serve as a technical resource for staff.

Provide architecture and technical guidance for HRIS/HCM solutions, oversee software/hardware/infrastructure design, support SDLC and CI practices, and ensure secure, scalable integrations across ERP, Workday, and related systems. Lead development efforts, balance build/buy decisions, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Provide long-term financial planning, operational performance analysis, feasibility studies, and special reports for senior leadership. Collaborate with affiliates, develop financial models, analyze healthcare reimbursement and trends, and translate complex financial data into presentations to support strategic finance objectives.
